So for some people of the PoE community, prayers have been answered. 🙂 This particular build uses Eye of Winter with totems, giving us a safe and reliable playstyle. WebGreat single target and even better clear. Mines are by far the best way to make full use of the aoe shotgun type mechanic that eye of winter provides. I dont see any other method beating it without needing to cast or trigger it 15 times per second. Nothing can match the output the mines provide.
