Renagel ® (sevelamer hydrochloride) is indicated for the control of serum phosphorus in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on dialysis. WebThe recommended starting dose of Renvela tablets for adults and the elderly (> 65 years) is one to two tablets of 800 mg with each meal, 3 times a day. The tablets must be swallowed whole.
