You won't make 500Hp with a TPI so once TPI comes off it is just another SBC. 500Hp is doable from a 350 but won't be a "street" engine .That is why everyone steps up to a383; cubes= power and easier to make Hp from a bigger engine. If you have a 113 head L98 (88+ ) then best comparision is the ZZ4 crate engine ... One further recommendation would be to add a set of mid-length headers to the engine. This will do more to add power than any other thing you can do.

You could get a large journal 327 crank (used in the last 327's made in 1967 or 1968) and use your 350 block or find a 4 bolt 350 block.
